Terms and Conditions
The closing date for entries is 30 June 2017. Please ensure you complete your entries by this date. Please complete all sections of the form, entries that are incomplete or exceed the stated word limit of 1000 words will not be accepted.
All entries made before 23:59 on 30 June 2017 will be charged an administration fee of £100+VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries.
Entries submitted after the first closing date will be charged a late submission fee, the cost per entry after 30 June 2017 will be £150+VAT and the last deadline for submission is 7 July 2017.
The awards are open to any eCommerce organisation or agency headquartered or based in the North or delivering work on behalf of a Northern based organsiation.
Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering. Remember to use evidence such as quotes, statistics etc. and include as much information as possible into your entry form.
We ask all entrants to supply at least one company and / or client logo. Please supply this in JPEG or PDF format, and upload it with your entry or email to firstname.lastname@example.org when entering.
All completed and returned entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission. If you do not see this confirmation message please contact Alex Rimmer on 01706 828855 to confirm receipt of your entry.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of short-listed nominations or winners.
We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners trophies. Please try and keep your entry title concise and to the point.
We will not publish your entries without first seeking approval, winners are sometimes asked following the awards if they are willing to allow their entries to be made public for future marketing and promotion.
Don’t Panic reserve the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the standard of entries received not reach the required standard.
